Please fill in the following form, or include the same details in an email to jerry@jerrypenny.com – each card costs $3, and you will be asked to pay on PayPal or EFT. Cards will be sent Early December and not sent until payment has been made.

Dear …… Greetings from the North Pole! The elves and I are very busy at the moment getting ready for Christmas. I have been told you have been very good this year, and you have been brushing your teeth and tidying your toys and helping out at home! Keep up the good work and don’t forget to leave the reindeer and I a treat on Christmas Eve!
